All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. We are not responsible if your wife disapproves of your purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted due to manufacturer defects or shipping damage identified within the first 10 days of receipt of merchandise and only for a replacement item. In case of manufacturer defect, warranties will be honored by the manufacturer, not by HobbySuperstore. You must notify us within 10 days of the receipt of a defective or damaged item.
My item is defective! What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges will only be accepted due to manufacturer defects or shipping damage identified within the first 10 days of receipt of merchandise and only for a replacement item. In most cases, warranties will be honored by the manufacturer, not HobbySuperstore. The manufacturer's contact information is printed on the side of the product box or in the instructions. We can provide the manufacturer's contact information if it is unavailable. In rare instances (e.g. Discontinued or customized products.) exceptions will be made, but on a case-by-case basis.
